Health is essential for all living things. But a human generation needs health without paying any cost. Because man is a social animal. Health should maintain with some process. Here are some simple health tips to be daily who is necessary.

person needs 6-8hrs of sleep a day and must drink at least 6 liters of water
per day.

Walking
at least 2-4 kms per day in fresh air
keeps one healthy, where by depositing fats are utilized.

Get
rid of bad habits like smoking, drinking, addiction to tea, coffee.

Use
greens, fresh vegetables, fruits, pulses in your food.

noon as the humidity in the noon is not suitable for sleeping it leads to
