GOOD NUTRITION FOR WOMEN

Good nutrition for women makes balanced health. Nutrients required for men and women both vary a lot. The list of essential nutrition food for women to eat.  To stay as healthy get a balanced diet with essential vitamins and minerals.

IRON
Iron is the most important mineral for daily life. Loss of iron makes Anemia. We need iron, keeps our body active. Iron vitamin makes protection from hair loss.
Iron will get from greens, dates, fruits, pomegranates, raisins. From this iron is more. Please avoid tablets for need of iron vitamin. Take iron from natural food, body observes it directly.

FOLIC ACID
Daily 400 gram folic acid is needed for women. Especially for pregnant women, need folic acid, because whether folic acid is less in the body, Greatly affect the child's mental health.

CALCIUM
Calcium is very important, because loss of calcium, it affects the body when people become old. Calcium gives growth and strength of teeth and bones.

PROTEIN
Protein is main important vitamin. It helps to circulate blood properly and balance hemoglobin count in the blood. Protein is more in fish, chicken, egg, pulses and soy beans. Avoid mutton, because it has high cholesterol.

FIBER
Fiber is essential for every day. Due to lack of fiber many women affected by breast cancer and rectal cancer.

VITAMIN B COMPLEX
